Do Croatian clinics mention the treatment plan for German health insurance?

Sample and method
Why it matters: a patient with German statutory insurance must submit the treatment plan to their insurer for approval before treatment starts, or may lose the subsidy for dentures and crowns. We search website text for terms such as Heil- und Kostenplan, HKP, Kostenvoranschlag, Festzuschuss and Krankenkasse. Websites are checked once a month.
